Please note that we have made some changes to the way we do business during this challenging time. Our mission has always been to provide top quality rental equipment, at competitive prices, to homeowners and contractors. We have added a few procedure changes to make this safer for you (our customer) and for our employees. This may initially take a couple of extra minutes, however we believe in the long run that it will increase efficiency.
We are sanitizing counters, door handles, and hard surfaces, etc.We are also sanitizing rental equipment between customers.
We are limiting our contact with drive-thru rental service as follows;
For all Customers: Please phone your order in ahead! 613-547-4400

For charge account customers – phone us first and we will have paperwork ready to go with your equipment at our back door (east side of building). No need to come into the vestibule.
For existing customers – Please phone us first (with your credit card number,drivers license information, and email address) and we will have paperwork ready to go with your equipment at our back door (east side of the building). This will allow you to pick up equipment without ever entering the store (we will need to see your driver’s license & credit card).
For new customers – Please phone to reserve your equipment. We will need you to come to our front vestibule with your driver’s license, and valid Visa M/C or Amex card. We will serve you through our checkout window. Once we have you on file, you will be able to call in for future equipment at the drive thru (please note there is only 1 person at a time allowed in the vestibule).
All Returns – proceed to the back and drop equipment off. Please make sure to phone us and let us know equipment has been returned, and we will email your final invoice.
For Paint customers – please phone us first, and we will have your paint ready for pickup at our drive thru (east side of building). Please note that we use the PPG color system, however we can make colors for most color systems.
At this time our showroom is closed, and we are further limiting contact, by having only 1 customer at a time in the vestibule. If you arrive and someone is inside, please be patient and we will get to you shortly.
Please follow all current Covid 19 safety measures, and social distancing, and please note that our business is privately owned, and our premises are private property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody, and we will exercise this right. Govern yourselves accordingly.
